Prices: All prices listed are subject to change without notice. The prices listed at the website supersede all prior price lists.

Credit Approval: All orders are subject to approval by G3 Business Solutions, Inc. Credit Department prior to shipment.

First order:  Payment has to be received in full before first order ships.

Payment Terms: Standard terms are net 30 days. A service charge of 1½ % will be added to past due accounts. Any variations to the standard terms must be approved in writing by G3 Business Solutions, Inc.
Merchandise and applicable freight charges will be invoiced as of the date of shipment

Minimum Opening Order: $2,000.00

Minimum Reorder: $1,000.00

Payment Options: Wire Transfers, ACH Transfers, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit Card.

Minimum Shipping Quantity: All orders placed must be in standard Master-Carton quantities. Short orders will be increased to the next standard Master-Carton size, and the price extension will be increased accordingly.

Freight: All shipments are FOB G3 Warehouse (Union City, CA  94587).  G3 does not carry backorders.  If the item/s ordered is not in stock, it must be included on the next order.

Damages: Buyer shall be responsible to file claims with any carrier for damage occurring during shipment within 7 days of receipt. UPS, FedEx, and Common Carrier.  Note damages upon delivery. For common carrier shipments only, save original carton(s) and contents for possible inspection; call the carrier to report the damages and receive claim instructions. For all shipments, notify G3 immediately of any damages.

Shortages: Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Return Policy: No merchandise will be accepted for return without written authorization from G3 Business Solutions, Inc.  All unauthorized returns will be refused. All return shipments must be freight prepaid.  Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the return is for defective merchandise.

Catalogs: Possession of G3 Business Solutions, Inc. catalogs and price lists obtained directly or indirectly from G3 Business Solutions, Inc. or its agents does not constitute an offering for sale of any products.

Warranty: G3 Business Solutions, Inc. guarantees all products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year past the purchase date.  This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse. The liability on defective merchandise is limited to the replacement of the defective product.
